Since 1974, the college has been training specialists for students with disabilities in inclusive education in the following specialties: 1211000 - "Sewing production and modeling of clothing", 0506000 - "Hairdressing and decorative cosmetics". Today, the number of students with disabilities for the deaf and hard of hearing is 73 people.
One of the main tasks of the college is to provide social assistance to students with disabilities, create conditions for quality education and professional training.
The college is equipped with innovative technologies and advanced teaching methods, which allows students with hearing disabilities to obtain professions that are in demand in the labor market. Students fully master computer technology programs, learn languages (Kazakh, Russian, English) and show good knowledge in all disciplines. The educational process is conducted by experienced teachers and sign language interpreters.

1st place in the category "Hairdressing" - National Championship of World Skills Kazakhstan Students with disabilities also take an active part in the social life of the college, take prizes in district, city, national and international sports competitions;
3rd place-The Final of the national championship "Young Professionals" World Skills Kazakhstan.
KanatAbdraimov is the winner of the WorldSkills Belarus competition of professional skills in the competence "Hairdressing".
Thanks to the management and teaching staff (PS) of the college, this category of citizens has the opportunity to

In accordance with Chapter 4 of paragraph 10 of the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 139 "On approval of the Rules for the development, testing and implementation of educational training programs implemented in the experimental mode in educational organizations", elements of the modular program in the specialties 0506000 - "Hairdressing and decorative cosmetics" and 1211000 - "Sewing production and modeling of clothing", developed by NAO "Kasipkor Holding", were introduced in the college from the 2017-2018 academic year. According to this project, in the 2018-2019 academic year, students of 2 courses, groups are trained: 2 PM – 9B (0506000 - "Hairdressing and decorative cosmetics"), 2 PC 9 special (0506000 - "Hairdressing and decorative cosmetics"), 2 SHV 9 special (1211000 - "Sewing production and clothing modeling").
