10.10. -11.10.2018 Almaty State College of Service and Technology was visited by Professor James Hyung Suk Kim (James Hyung Suk Kim), Dean of the International Design Institute “Intermark”, which is a part of Shanghai University, Jean Chao. Professor James Hyun Sak Kim is a well-known brand designer, marketer, brand creator: Pizza Hut, Inisfree, Hera, Sulwhasoo, Domino Pizza, IPKN, and so forth, consultant to the President of South Korea on the development of national brands.

At a meeting with students and teachers of the college, Professor Kim, in turn, showed the work of teachers and employees of the Intermark Institute, created by order of world-renowned companies.

As a result of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the college and the Shanghai University, according to which mutually beneficial joint projects will be implemented.

On the basis of the college, from 10–11 October 2018, in cooperation with the NSC “Holding“ Kaspkor ”, within the framework of the Republican seminar on the topic:“ Learning the experience of inclusive education in the VET system ”, a working group was assembled from among teachers - developers of Almaty and Talgar modular program for children with mental disabilities. At the meeting, issues were considered according to the results of the expert opinion of employers and the UMO, corrections and suggestions of experts were also made.

Teachers of Almaty State College of Service and Technology Almerek S.U., Turgantay A.A., Tashenova D.N. in college from October 22 to October 24, 2018 held a seminar on "the use and application of IT technology in the classroom" 

 

 

 

 

On October 15, a master class was held at the college on the subject of “Base — the fundamentals of the fundamentals”. The master class was the bronze trainer “WELLA PROFESSIONAL” Sabirhodzhaeva Halidam Abdukarimovna. As part of the master class, hair coloring using the “Painting” technique was worked out on the models. Painting technique allows at the same time to achieve a natural - contrast coloring with a stunning effect of depth and volume on the hair of medium length. Among the participants of the republican seminar were students of 3-4 courses of the specialty: “Hairdressing and decorative cosmetics”.

          

 

November 14, 2018. Almaty State College of Service and Technology participated in writing a single national dictation in the Kazakh language based on the Latin script.
